Wednesday weigh in

No post in a while cause it has been crazy in our house however, I did weigh this morning and again after a week of not tracking I have stayed the same I am in actual shock I have by no means been good but I have been pretty active.

The big changes of this week is my husband has a job!! He has been searching for a job for year after consistently applying for 5 jobs a week for 52 weeks and going on countless interviews one has stuck.  He started last Friday and is loving it which I am so pleased with I was worried how he would slip back into work after so long off but he has just gone right back into routine.  The biggest change is that I now work Part-time and now a Part-time housewife which after 3 days is still in the novelty/boring stages but I'm sure when I get used to being home on my own will get better.  The reason we have decided  to reduce my hours is my job is pretty stressful I work as a Medical secretary in a breast cancer unit and I do love my job however constantly working with harrowing news does take its toll and with hubby now working I can do this.

I had a blood test last Thursday I have no results yet though.

This weeks goals is to drink 2 litres of water at least 4 of the 7 days of the week and to continue exercising and to TRACK MY MEALS and that half a days tracking isn't good enough I do need to be more strict. So hopefully next week will be more weight lost.

Wednesday's weigh in!!

I didn't want to weigh in this week as I thought I hadn't lost however I then thought you have to be true to yourself and weigh yourself even it feels like its going to make you unhappy. So I woke up yesterday morning and weighed myself and I had surprisingly lost 1.1lbs which means I can do the half a stone dance whoop whoop.

I went swimming again this week which was better this week as it was less busy I did four full lengths and about fifteen mins of the hydrotherapy exercises I learnt at physio last year.  This week I want to get even more active so I have dusted off the Wii fit and I plan to do 30mins of it at least twice a week so that's 3 days out of 7 I am doing exercise of some sort with plan to increase to 30mins 5 to 7 days a week.

Tuesday I went to the Dr's where I found out I have a chest infection I also asked the Dr about the lack of period in a year and he said loose weight but he does want to check my bloods to see if there is anything else underlying so next Thursday I am having about a thousand pounds worth of bloods I wonder how many vials that's going to take??

Not a good week

This week has been urrrggghhhh well no the last 3 days have been urrrghhhh and diet wise I started off so well not even going into my weekly points and I weighed myself on Sunday morning and I lost just under a lb and finally hit my half a stone and then I got sick.

At first it started off like allergies running nose, itchy eyes and ears this then turned into having a weird lump in my throat and after coughing all night it turned into a super sore throat. Yesterday I felt awful Rich bought some throat sweets and spray which worked on my throat and then the coughing started yesterday I coughed so much I coughed up blood (I no TMI). Now I sound like I smoke 40 a day and have a hacking cough so the Drs today :( I think I have a chest infection can you get a chest infection from allergies?

So with the diet not being good and not pointing the last two days I don't no whether to weigh myself as I don't want to see that I haven't hit my half stone again. If the Dr says I have a chest infection swimming will be off tomorrow :( which is really annoying cause I loved it last week and really really want to stick at it as its so good for you. 

What makes being sick even worse is that this week I am off work on holiday and had so much planned to do around the house and going out but I haven't had the energy to get out of bed.
